What did you do before worked at NESS?

I worked for a long time as a Maintenance Manager in the PCB industry where others go on holiday – in the Philippines.

The last job was as a maintenance manager for a company in the paper industry for about 4 years.

Why did you decide to work for NESS?

As NESS is internationally active, the position of Service and Commissioning Engineer was particularly appealing to me. I simply need the international work and the exchange with people all over the world. For me, it’s always a great experience and the challenge is great.

What is your working day like at NESS? What are your daily tasks?

My tasks are very extensive, from consulting on our products, accompanying sales and installation to commissioning and handover to our customers.

What do you like best about your job? What task do you enjoy the most?

When I see that our customers have success with our products. I celebrate these successes very much! I am also happy to advise interested parties or existing customers on topics to become even better in your field.

What has been your best moment at NESS?

The commissioning of our plants in unusual places that you would never think of or have been to before.

Quito in Ecuador at an altitude of 2600 metres spontaneously comes to mind. Or a project in Taiwan for the production of bioplastics.

What qualities do new work colleagues at NESS need to fit into the work culture?

They should fit in with us as people and have a healthy sense of humour.

How do you describe the atmosphere at NESS?

At NESS, every employee stands up for the other. Teamwork is very important to us.

What makes NESS as an employer special to you?

The trust that is placed in us as a company. NESS is a name in the market and standing up for it makes me proud.
