Our heaters are thermodynamically and structurally optimized and are characterized by high efficiency, excellent heat transfer and low film temperatures. In the construction, for example, attention was paid to sufficient possibilities for thermal expansion of the coil.
The design was developed for a particularly balanced temperature profile to avoid temperature peaks. Only high-quality refractory materials are used so that an emergency power supply is not necessary.

The electric heater is a real alternative to fired heaters and, in addition to continuous operation, is also suitable for bridging peak loads and standby mode. Thus, this can also be optimally integrated as an additional heater – with a very small space requirement – in a thermal oil system.
The big advantage of electric heating is pure electric heating. Since the heater does not contain a firing system, there are no exhaust gases that would require a firing permit process.Since no additional fuel is needed, the care and handling is eliminated.
With our electric heaters, the power can be regulated in two, three or more stages – alternatively stepless.
