Less delays and downtime due to cooling
Due to the much faster cooling of plant components and pipelines, maintenance and repair work can be carried out more efficiently
The NESS Mobile Cooling Unit is used for rapid cooling of thermal oil in production plants, in particular during product changes, planned and unplanned maintenance operations.
Consumers such as short-cycle presses or primary circuit sections can be cooled down much faster than exclusively by natural cooling through radiation.
The unit is installed in a stable, two-part skid and can easily be moved with a forklift within a plant to the desired operation site.
The cooling unit is connected to the system‘s supply and return lines with the included hoses. The equipment includes its own pump station on an oil pan as well as control and shut-off valves. The thermal oil is cooled by an air-thermal oil
heat exchanger with an axial fan. No cooling water is required. The system has its own control system and a simple interface. For the power supply of the cooling unit, there is a 63 A three-phase connector on the switch cabinet.
