Studied aerospace engineering at the University of Stuttgart!
Why did you start at NESS?
I came across NESS through a headhunter and was convinced by the managing directors at the interview!
What is your day-to-day work at NESS like? What are your daily tasks?
My working day is extremely varied and communicative. I also have to familiarize myself with complex technical issues time and again.
What do you like best about your job? What do you enjoy most?
On the one hand, solving problems in a team and optimizing work processes.
What has been your best experience at NESS so far?
At the very beginning, when I was able to admire my first design in the factory hall. I was able to directly touch what I had thought up on the screen. My first visit to a construction site was also a great experience.
What would new colleagues need to bring with them to fit in at NESS?
They need to be communicative, be able to familiarize themselves with new technical issues and be able to keep calm in the event of conflicts in the project business.
